It's so easy to reach the heart of Dorset via the airports at Bournemouth,Southampton & Exeter

Starting with the main Dorset airport at Bournemouth ,also know locally as Hurn,it is located just north of the city centre and whilst there is no train link there is a bus service into town,the bournemouth airport shuttle

There is ample parking at the airport which unlike say Heathrow is just a short walk away from the check in building.Save money by pre-booking here.

The airport itself is small compared to Heathrow or Gatwick so do expect massive duty free shops or an array of eating places. There is very little choice once you get past customs and security. But as it lacks the crowds of Heathrow and Gatwick,the experience of getting to your aircraft is that much smoother.

Being a regional airport it serves mainly European destinations with extra services for the ski resorts in the winter.However Acapulco and Barbados are also served during the winter months.
